Kidlington Recreational Trust is a registered charity that manages the sports grounds leased from the Parish Council at Yarnton Road, Orchard Recreation Ground (off Evans Lane), Park Hill (off Benmead Road) and Ron Groves' Park (Maple Avenue).
The Kidlington Football Club is based at the Yarnton Road site. The pavilion at Yarnton Road is a Trust building, currently leased to the Football Club. The club’s premises consist of a games bar, a lounge bar, a function room as well as football facilities.
The sports grounds managed by the Trust are also used by the Kidlington Youth Football Club and by the Garden City Football Club.
Continuing projects the Trust are involved in include;
- A programme to safety-inspect and maintain all trees bordering the recreation grounds.
- Pitch maintenance and grounds maintenance on all sites
- Maintenance of the Parkhill pavilion
- Edible area at the Parkhill site
- Building maintenance at Yarnton Road site
